Overview of the position
Telephone support: Answer incoming calls, direct calls, take messages in a professional manner, and act as a gatekeeper for the Managers.
Postage & Mailing: Receive and organize incoming mail, organize a courier upon request, take letters and parcels to the post office, and distribute post to each department on time.
Deliveries support: Accept and direct deliveries, keep track of items for return, and ensure everyone is informed accordingly.

Our client is a leading law firm and is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join their team and manage the front desk alongside their Head Receptionist.
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Receptionist to join an established local company on a permanent basis.
You will be managing a busy switchboard to assist in the transfer of all inbound calls and will also be the first point of contact for visitors.
The hours of work will consist of 22.5 hours per week, you will be predominantly working the afternoon shift of 12:45-17:15, however, as long as reception is covered at all times you may switch with your colleague between the afternoon and morning shift of 08:30-13:00.
