I have taken an Office Administrator/ office Manager role based in Alresford for a Tax, Accountancy and Legal company. If you have any experience in this field it would be helpful or if you would like to work in this field that would also be good. The role is based in the office in Alresford Monday to Friday and you would be working in a very small team so you will need to be able to manage your own workload and be self motivated. Ideally you will be a car driver because of the location. The salary depending on experience is £28,000-£32,000. HOURS: 37.5 hours, Monday- Friday, 9am - 5pm (30 minute lunch break) We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our client's team as an Administrator. In this role, you will provide essential support to the legal, accountancy, and business support teams. Your tasks will include scanning, post handling, printing, binding, answering phone calls, archiving, data entry, CRM inputting, and managing multiple databases. ?? The successful candidate will take on a range of administrative duties including: General reception desk duties such as answering the phones and greeting clients Fielding enquiries from clients and prospective clients via email, telephone or website, providing excellent customer support and ensuring each client has a positive experience Organising and managing administrative tasks and related diary management to ensure the smooth running of the office Learning and using the company's CRM system Entering new client information, on-boarding clients as well as accurately maintaining existing client records, with attention to detail Entering invoices on to software accurately Assisting with credit control such as gently reminding clients when bills are due, setting up direct debit payments Taking initiative in suggesting improvements to company procedures and existing systems and processes Experience using Excel and Word is essential, and ideally candidates should have strong IT skills and be confident learning new software, including CRMs. You will ideally have a welcoming, friendly demeanour and excellent customer service skills, as well as being organised, accurate and highly IT literate. The company are ideally looking for full-time candidates, but could potentially consider someone circa 30 hours a week and upwards.
