CMS is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated Assistant Paralegals and experienced Real Estate Paralegals to join our Legal Services Unit in our Glasgow, Manchester, Sheffield, Liverpool or Edinburgh office on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The role will be focused on supporting one of our energy and utilities clients with documenting land rights in Scotland and England via servitudes and easements.
This will include managing your own caseload of transactions, taking client instructions, negotiating the deeds and arranging completions.
The team deals with pre-litigated EL/PL/Property claims for a variety of insurers and have an opportunity for an EL/PL Claims Handler with circa 4 PQE, although candidates outside of this will be considered.
