Admin & Compliance Officer My client is an organisation based in Newtownabbey; they are currently seeking an Admin & Compliance Officer to join their team. This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position. Working Hours: Monday Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Can work from home on a Friday With a salary of £30-£34,000 per annum dependent on experience. Essential Criteria: Previous and demonstrable experience of working in administration and audit/compliance. IT proficient with the use of Microsoft Office software. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to prioritise a busy workload and deal with confidently with demanding situations, people and requirements. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Carrying out the onboarding process as per the Onboarding Checklist for candidates in line with company, client and legislative requirements. Application for visas/work permits for employees working internationally. Documenting process & procedures in line with ISO & client requirements. Undertake regular internal audits to ensure contractual and compliance requirements are delivered. Ensuring appropriate and relevant documentation and record keeping is adopted to monitor quality and compliance. Delivering or arranging ad hoc compliance training for staff members when required. Collate audit information, generating and distributing regular and accurate reports to highlight risks to the business. Facilitate external audits and inspections from third parties. Accurately updating Company Management system. Taking minutes of meetings and circulating in a timely fashion including agreed action points where relevant. Providing support for payroll processing. Providing accurate reporting on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis as required. Liaison with external suppliers when required. Completing CVs as requested. Other administrative support as requested. Some reception duties.
