What You'll Do:

- Deploy Rapidly: Maintain a CI/CD pipeline for swift model deployments.
- Lead: Play a key role in building and maintaining inference edge devices and the tools to monitor them.
- Support & Document: Mentor Vision Engineers and maintain thorough documentation for future development.
Drive Change and Innovation:
- Improve Processes: Actively enhance team workflows.
- Deploy Smartly: Create mechanisms for model deployment across various targets.
- Collaborate: Work with team leads and internal stakeholders to influence technical decisions and bring new algorithms to production.
- Prototype: Develop prototypes to meet business objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Onboard: Assist with technical ops to adapt and onboard farm installs.
- Innovate: Discover new ways to run algorithms effectively.
Your Profile:
- Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related computer vision discipline.
- Experience: Proven track record of taking models from creation to production.
- Collaboration: Experience converting academic/research ideas into products.
- Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of model inference and detailed knowledge of Python.
- Skills: Attention to detail, understanding of image and video processing, and driven by high performance.
- Passion: Eagerness to stay updated with the latest technologies.
