Customer Insight Manager Location: Birmingham, 2 days per week on-site Salary: Up to £55,000 plus excellent benefits About the Company: Join one of Europe's most renowned financial insitutions, currently undergoing a significant transformation to enhance data utilization across internal teams. They are seeking a Customer Insight Manager to lead this initiative and focus on analytics. This role reports to the Head of Customer Insight and Analytics. Job Responsibilities: As a Customer Insight Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Analyzing the 'what' and 'why' of customer analytics Working on predictive and prescriptive analytics projects Managing a small team of analysts, so prior managerial experience is preferred Conducting hands-on analytics with customer data using SQL/Python Tracking and analyzing customer journeys Skills and Requirements: Experience in the banking industry Management and mentoring experience Proficiency in SQL Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools (preferred) Experience with SAS Interview Process: Stage 1: 30-minute interview with the hiring manager Stage 2: 1.5-hour on-site case study and competency questions How to Apply To register your interest, send your CV to Daniel Abbasi via the apply link on this page.
