The Role:
As a Customer Insight Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Provide insights into end-to-end customer journeys
- Gathering insights from surveys and complaints and delivering true insights
- Conducts or commissions research to offer valuable insights for businesses
- Optimising customer journeys to enhanc_e advocacy, loyalty, and customer experience_
- Analyse Voice of customer and speech analysis
Skills/Requirements:
- Mentoring experience
- Insight and Analytics experience
- Matillion desirable
