Main Duties
Provide a friendly and approachable helpdesk service for all Information Systems, eLearning, Finance, Facilities and IT enquiries across the College.
Responsible for being first point of contact for all customer telephone, email and walk up enquiries.

Your new role
We're working with an organisation based in Waterbeach just north of Cambridge, who are looking for a temporary administrator to cover long-term sick leave until the end of October 2024.
You will provide administrative support to the Senior Tutor's and Director of Studies, deputising for the Tutorial Office Manager during their absence.
You will work in their busy tutorial office, ensuring that students of the College are well supported.
