Your new company
We're working with an organisation based in Waterbeach just north of Cambridge, who are looking for a temporary administrator to cover long-term sick leave until the end of October 2024.
Your new role
As the Administrator, you'll be based on site in the office for 5 days a week, working from either 8am to 4.15pm and some days from 8am to 5pm.
This is a varied admin role with duties including;
- General admin
- meeting reports (good knowledge of adobe)
- events organising
- purchase card receipts
- covering the switchboard over lunch from 1 - 1.45pm
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of a similar administration role and be comfortable and confident in working in an office. You'll have a good telephone manner and be able to use a switchboard, complete general meeting reports, be able to organise events, and use Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
What you'll get in return
This is a long-term temporary position until the 30th of October 2024. You'll be joining a very friendly team that work in a quiet yet spacious office. There is plenty of on-site parking available and the option of taking a minibus from Cambridge north station that drops off 2 minutes walk from the office. You'll receive a rate of £14 per hour as well as holiday pay and pension after 13 weeks.
