They are now looking for a Technical Administrator to provide admin assistance to the design & operations teams, whilst offering technical support to clients and customers. Technical Administrator Woolpit Full Time Mon-Fri 9am-5pm 20 Days Holiday Bank Holidays(Increasing With Service) Casual Dress Code Company Pension Company Events On Site Parking Sick Pay Learning & Development Opportunities Cycle To Work Scheme Office Closure Over Christmas/New Year Duties (to include but are not limited to): Design Admin Confirm all required information, for full designs is provided, liaise to obtain further information, as and where required Reviewing completed designs from external design resources, prior to submitting to client for approval Publishing design drawings in PDF format from AutoCAD LT Submit completed designs to client, for approval Create a project matrix for completed designs Upload design drawings to relevant document servers (Internal; Sharepoint & Google Drive, as well as external client portals i.e. Field View, 4Projects, DocHosting, Procore etc.) Update CRM database, as required Allocate design workload to design team (internal and external resources) Coordinate and liaising with sales team; prioritised projects, design revisions with commercial impact etc. Technical Support Trouble shooting and responding to general technical queries regarding heating system / components Dealing with underfloor heating repair enquiries Operations Support Coordinate with the business, providing admin support to our install team and customers. Ensure weekly completion of documentation for our operations. Collaborate with the accounts team to manage the project valuation process and raise repair quotations via email. General Liaise with work colleagues as required. Participate in internal meetings, as required. Identify and meet personal job-related training and development as required. Undertake telephone liaison with relevant contacts. Provide assistance in terms of general and specific business support as required. Provide cover for other members of the team. Technical Administrator Salary DOE Monday to Friday 35 or 40 hours per week Permanent On behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for a Technical Administrator to join a welcoming, supportive and growing team! Reporting to the Technical/Design Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration assistance to the design & operations teams, whilst offering technical support to clients and customers. Strong communication, organisational and computer skills are a must along with an outgoing personality and ability to collaborate with various different teams members and departments. Due to the location of the role, a drivers licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
