To provide first line support and assist with the closure of all service requests, problems and incidents that relate to IT services.
The primary objective of the IT Service Desk is to ensure the performance and cost-effectiveness of our technology, application, and infrastructure solutions.
This involves promptly identifying and resolving outages or performance issues, providing first-line support to end-users, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
The purpose of this role is to provide support for a variety of IT issues across the business and support IT systems and equipment across multiple sites.
We are looking for an experienced IT Support professional to join our client's IT team.
You may currently be 1st, 2nd or 3rd Line Support.

Operating task specific machinery, a variety of extrusion machines, manually assembling, as well as using hand tools to complete production.
Reporting any deviations to the Production Supervisor immediately.
About the Role
Reporting to the Production Supervisor you will contribute to the production of the highest quality heating cables in a timely manner in accordance with SOP'S (standard Operating Procedures).
Trainee / Entry Level Role - All Levels of Experience Considered.
Trainee Technician who is keen to learn new skills within the engineering / construction testing industry is required to join the company's Project Team and provide technical and physical support at project sites nationwide.
