IT Support – Job opportunity
Location: North Wales/Cheshire (Onsite)
Salary: £27k - £30k plus a wide range of benefits
We are looking for an experienced IT Support professional to join our client's IT team. The purpose of this role is to provide support for a variety of IT issues across the business and support IT systems and equipment across multiple sites.
IT Support – skills & experience
- Proven experience as an IT Support 2nd Line Support
- Administration and support experience with the latest Microsoft technologies including Windows Server (up to 2022), Windows (10, 11) OS, and Office 365
- Knowledge of core network fundamentals (TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi)
- Experience with Cloud servers, Office355 and SharePoint
IT Support role responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line diagnosis and resolution for customer issues
- Involvement in projects such as software deployments and hardware upgrades for clients
- Collaborate with other engineers to efficiently handle complex tickets and maintain high customer service standards
- System monitoring tasks and checks for clients

- Work with customers to understand and resolve technical issues in a friendly manner
The Package
- Work hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, at St. Asaph (North Wales) offices
- Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + overtime (when applicable)
- Annual leave: starting at 20 days + bank holidays, up to a maximum of 30 days
