Entry Level IT Technician Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm Fully Office Based £22,500 Per Annum General: As a Facilities Management Technician, you will be the first point of contact for any facilities management requests that come in from our customer base. These can range from Password Resets, Mailbox Access Requests, Mailbox Forwarders and creation and removal of User Accounts. You will be responsible for completion of the facilities management tickets that come into the Helpdesk as a first point of contact. You will also be provided training on how the systems function by completing User Removal, Password Reset and User Creation Tickets to progress the learning of the systems we utilise for our customer base. Duties to Include: Creating New Users and Mailboxes Resetting Passwords for User Accounts and Mailboxes Learning our internal ticketing system Learning the roles and responsibilities of Service Delivery Team Learning new technologies utilised on a day-to-day basis internally and our customer base Communicating with customers as a first port of call via Internal Ticketing System Communicating with customers via Telephony Communication Skills Required: Be enthusiastic about IT and keen to learn. Premier Work Support are currently looking for temporary PCV Shunter / Fueller to work as part of a team at busy site in the area of Bromley, which may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate. Duties as a PCV Shunter / Fueller Fuelling Steering wheel cover to be placed on the steering wheel before any diesel/AdBlue is dispensed Re-fuel vehicle fleet in readiness for next days' service Ensure the fuelling area is clean and any hazards are removed prior to start of work Ensure vehicles are parked adjacent to pump and engine is switched off Place fuel nozzle fully into fuel neck and issue fuel to vehicle, when nozzle 'clicks', remove nozzle taking care not to spill any fuel. Spillages should be reported immediately. Using soft brush and soapy water, wash under fuel neck and CCTV cameras Check level of AdBlue and fill accordingly, taking great care to avoid spillage Record mileage, fuel usage and any oil and AdBlue usage accurately on daily fuel issue sheet Report any vehicles with fuelling problems and V.O.R. any that are not fuelled Clean and wash wheels using soft brush and soapy water Check and top up screen wash if required If required, use jet wash and pre-wash the wheels/tyres, side skirts, corners/edges and rear of the vehicles Shunting Park all buses as per parking plan to enable smooth deployment of buses for the next days' service Monitoring the run-in area from entrance to fuel bay keeping the yellow box junction clear at all times Reporting defect buses and checking the unfit list provided by the engineers at beginning of shift Cleaning the exterior of the buses as needed Collecting vehicles from fuelling bay, driving through wash and parking in designated areas Collecting vehicles from public spaces, outside bus garage and parking at designated areas Meal relief vehicles to be brought round for fuelling and washing Ensure every vehicle is washed slowly using the automated drive-through bus wash system to comply with Transport for London (TfL) standards Job role requirements as a PCV Shunter / Fueller Category D (PCV licence) to drive buses is essential Must have steel toe cap boots and Hi Vi Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload Eligibility to work in the UK Given the demanding and busy nature of this role, a good level of physical fitness is essential Salary: £15 per hour Overtime: Available covering absences, sicknesses and holidays Shifts: 5 days out of 7 including weekends and public bank holidays Full time 38 hours per week based on a rolling rota Start times to be discussed and agreed / Finish times typically 02:30 Break 60 minutes unpaid
