Due to growth and expansion our client is looking to add an Outbound IT Sales Executive to their team, working closely with the Account Managers within the business in order to build and maintain relationships with new clients, whilst booking meetings for the Account Managers in order to increase revenue for the business.
Our client, a leading business in the Technology sector is seeking an Outbound IT Sales Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate does not necessarily need previous IT or Technology sales experience however the successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' B2B sales experience, where you are used to making outbound calls to new clients, building relationships and closing sales.

With experience using telephony and CRM systems, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality inbound and outbound services through various channels, including telephony, postal mail, email, web services, and self-service portals.
You'll take ownership of customer enquiries and handle them effectively, proactively, and positively, ensuring that accurate information is provided and that inquiries are managed efficiently in accordance with targets.
