Day to Day of the role:

  • Support the senior sales manager with various tasks.
  • Handle customer calls and email communications with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process phone and online orders, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on customer orders and create quotes as needed.
  • Update the website with fresh content, including new product listings, updated prices, and images.
  • Collaborate with the marketing director to develop and implement a social media strategy, manage campaigns, and maintain social media accounts.
  • Assist with the management of product returns to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Proficient in English writing for customer communication and social media content.
  • Good telephone manner with a clear speaking voice.
  • Strong business acumen and basic arithmetic skills.
  • Understanding and experience with all social media platforms.
  • Previous sales experience and an interest in electronics/tech are beneficial.
