Day-to-day of the role:
- Coordinate sales team activities to ensure efficient operation and excellent customer service.
- Manage sales-related correspondence, respond to inquiries, and maintain detailed records.
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of promotional material or events.
- Compile reports and analyses on sales performance and trends.
- Support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar role will be advantageous.
- Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
