A rare opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager or Sales Director with ambitions to be a Managing Director for a company in the technical industrial consumables and components sector based in the South West Midlands.
BASIC SALARY: £70,000 - £75,000 - possible flexibility for the right person.
Job Purpose: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales process.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring successful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
30-50k dependant on experience/ commission split, Hybrid role, 1-2 days in the office , flexible on working arrangement dependant on location/background of successful applicant.
21 days plus bank holidays, 9-5 Mondays to Friday, pension scheme standard.
We need someone with a track record of success in sales/revenue enablement, with experience in delivering training, developing content, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with wider business colleagues.
In collaboration with appropriate stakeholders we need someone that can deliver training to enable our Sales teams, Business Development Reps and Account Management teams to achieve their revenue goals.
We are looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist to develop and deliver effective enablement programs.
