Salary: £35,000 per annum (plus bonus)

Job Purpose: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales process. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Attend competitor exhibitions and engage in face-to-face and phone-based sales.
  • Consistently meet KPIs, including call rates and diary entries.
  • Provide weekly sales reports using Salesforce.
  • Stay informed about market trends and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights and contribute to campaigns.
  • Monitor exhibitor payment status and follow up as needed.
  • Manage floorplans and maintain effective data entry.

Job Overview: In this role, you'll source, pitch, close deals, and manage accounts for companies at our events. While primarily phone-based from the Coventry office, you'll also attend our own events and competitor exhibitions both domestically and internationally. We provide a call database to support your sales cycle, and marketing efforts generate incoming inquiries.

  • An annual bonus (up to 25% of salary) is based on achieving exhibition revenue targets.
