Software Development Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of skilled software developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Hybrid Work Arrangement: You'll have the flexibility to work from home or our London Bridge office, with 3 days in the office per week. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in a software development environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
