Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals.

Software Development Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of skilled software developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Drive software development projects from inception to successful deployment.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation:

Develop and manage the IT budget, allocating resources effectively to meet project requirements.

Evaluate and recommend technology investments that enhance productivity and efficiency.

Vendor Management:

Work closely with external vendors and partners to negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Hybrid Work Arrangement:

You'll have the flexibility to work from home or our London Bridge office, with 3 days in the office per week.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
