As an IT Support Analyst, you will be a key member of their shared service IT team, responsible for supporting their different trading companies and a global community of over 10,000 users, including senior executives and VIPs.
Our Client is a market-leading organisation that is growing rapidly through business acquisition and is currently looking to hire a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst for their IT service centre in the heart of Milton Keynes.
We are looking for someone with experience of Active Directory, Windows Server, Anti-Virus and ideally Intune with maintenance of Laptops, mobile devices, printers and overall support to users.
You will be working with a team to provide 1 st -2 nd line support to users, take ownership of asset management and provide an overall high quality support services across the business.

An experienced 2nd Line IT Field & Support Engineer with at least 3 years of experience is needed to join the team at this leading Managed Services Provider supporting IT infrastructures for multiple clients across Milton Keynes or the region on a full-time, remote (work-from-home) basis.
Broad experience is valued, especially around managing IT for organisations from 20-500 users and varying needs.
