Our client requires a Helpdesk/IT support Engineer with 2/3-year prior experience to join a 6 strong IT team based at their Bradford head office, looking after a variety of IT Hardware, Software and a user base of 200 at multiple sites based around the UK.
The Helpdesk/IT Support Engineer will report to the IT Manager & Network Manager.
The engineer is tasked with providing optimal value to our business by providing IT support at the first and second line for their head office & sites around the UK.
If so we are looking for a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer with skills consisting of Office 365, Azure, Windows Server and networking.
