An IT company are looking for an IT Support Technician (mainly 1st line with some 2nd line) to provide technical support and assistance to end-users for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues within the educational/ schooling sector.
IT Support, IT Technician, 1st line with some 2nd support, Windows Server, Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) , LAN, Microsoft/ Windows environment, Educational/ Schools industry sector experience desirable.
Applicants MUST be able to drive and this is based on site 5 days a week with some travel to other sites (use of a company car is available) across Merseyside
