Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for all technical support inquiries from internal and external clients.
In a varied and highly-visible role, the Support Engineer will provide a true support service to approximately 750 users across multiple sites in the UK, covering 2nd line desktop support, whilst also getting involved in some interesting and varied project work.
