Technical Support Analyst required by my leading Basingstoke financial company known for our innovative solutions and commitment to excellence.

The team is dedicated to providing top-tier financial services to their clients, and theyre looking for a talented First Line Support Engineer to join us in delivering exceptional technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all technical support inquiries from internal and external clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide clear and concise technical guidance to users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Escalate complex issues to second and third-line support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of support requests and solutions in our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to support processes.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment and software.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

You must have excellent communication skills coupled with the want to develop your fundamental IT Knowledge and experience.
