Salary is £35,000 - £40,000 + up to 20% bonus
Location - Salisbury + hybrid working (2-3 days in the office)

Key skills required for an IT Support Engineer:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Extensive experience working with different operating systems, hardware, or network systems
- Office 365 & Office 365 admin
- Entra ID
- SharePoint
- Teams
- Windows Server 2019, 2022
- Ticket management systems
- Any knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, or MS Azure is highly desirable but this is not essential.
The company uses an external IT business model, therefore, the IT Support Engineer will ideally be experienced in prioritising internal requests and managing external ticketing systems.???????
Key responsibilities for an IT Support Specialist:
- Manage the tickets between the internal users and our third-party IT support.
- Install and configure computer software, hardware, networks, and peripheral equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues quickly and efficiently.
- Provide steps to help internal and external users resolve technical problems.
- Maintain technical support procedures and reports.
- Analyse records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
- Create accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
- Test and evaluate new technology.
- Provide insight into technical requirements.
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
- Support the IT Manager on projects when required.
- Collaborating with team members across all departments and external users to assist them with their technical requirements.
