An IAM (Identity and Access Management) Architect will be responsible for leading application on-boarding into Saviynt IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) tool and must have a strong background in software development and experience with identity and access management solutions. The ideal person will thrive on solving complex technical challenges and has a passion for making things work. Day-to-day, you will:? Lead the seamless integration of applications/systems into Saviynt, facilitating the on-boarding process. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements and ensure all aspects are addressed. Maintain a detailed log of application on-boarding progress, providing regular updates and prioritizing based on business needs. Conduct thorough configuration and connectivity testing of new applications/systems, share SME knowledge with the IAM team, and promote Saviynt's features and benefits to foster greater awareness and adoption. Your skills and experiences might also include:?? Deep understanding of the Saviynt IGA tool and its integration capabilities with other solutions, serving as an SME. Strong programming skills in .NET, C#, MS SQL, and possibly JavaScript, TypeScript, and Java, with experience in developing custom connectors, integrations, scripts, and workflows for IAM processes. Extensive experience with IAM solutions, including identity and access management, identity governance and administration, privileged access management, and application on-boarding. Excellent communication skills, project management experience (Agile), and a solid understanding of security and regulatory compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX). What are we all about?? HR Assistant Loughborough £26,000 - £30,000pro rata Part time - 20 hours minimum across 5 days per week We're excited to be a part of our client's growth plan as they look to add a Part-Time HR Assistant to their forever-growing organisation. As the HR Assistant, you will ensure the smooth functioning of their HR operations by maintaining employee records, coordinating HR projects, and providing support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries. Description of the role: Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms. Screen CVs and applications to identify potential candidates. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview details. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic. Process employee paperwork, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and change of status forms. Update HR databases with changes in employee information, including personal details, job titles, and salary adjustments. Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies. Assist in conducting audits and reviews to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements and industry standards. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and handle employee data with discretion. About you: Previous experience in a similar position. CIPD qualified desirable. Solid understanding of basic HR principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Develop testing frameworks specifically tailored to testing hardware products operating on a critical infrastructor Your skills and experiences might also include: Understanding of Test Design techniques for optimal coverage, including: requirements coverage, end-to-end testing, boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, exploratory testing, User Paths and scenarios, and data-driven testing. Demonstrable expertise in the whole testing life cycle including knowledge of various test methodologies, the definition of test plans and test scripts, test execution and raising defects. Experience in creating and maintaining regression packs. Experience working with SaaS or Web-based products. Experience with manual testing and automation at API layers (including REST and GraphQL APIs using tools such as Postman etc...) Excellent communication skills. Experience in testing physical products.
