Charles Simon Associates are currently looking for an Service Desk Analyst on a permanent basis for our global business based in High Wycombe.
This role involves working and supporting EPOS/POS systems on a daily basis
This position will suit you if you are a Desktop Support Engineer or IT Support Engineer, 1st Line Support Engineer, 2nd Line Support Engineer from an IT Managed Service company or from an IT Dept.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an IT Support Engineer, 1st Line / 2nd line support engineer to join a thriving IT Support Company based in High Wycombe.
You will be responsible for providing telephone, remote support and going out to customer sites around the High Wycombe area.
This is a lovely classic RETAIL TECHNICAL SUPPORT role in which you will use your technical knowledge of POS systems to support retail clients.
The job hybrid with 3 days in the office a week .
This is NOT a call centre role and instead focuses on personal contact and taking care, time and effort to help your customers with wherever they need.
