Our client requires a Helpdesk/IT support Engineer with 2/3-year prior experience to join a 6 strong IT team based at their Bradford head office, looking after a variety of IT Hardware, Software and a user base of 200 at multiple sites based around the UK.
The Helpdesk/IT Support Engineer will report to the IT Manager & Network Manager.
The engineer is tasked with providing optimal value to our business by providing IT support at the first and second line for their head office & sites around the UK.
Be responsible for 2nd Line support, both in person and remotely via MS Teams, telephone, and remote access tools.

We are now looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to handle escalations from the Service Desk Team.
You will be collaborating with third parties to resolve issues, standardise, and automate processes, and formalising procedures for efficient service delivery.
The IT Service Desk Analyst (ITSDA) will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of their computer systems and applications.
You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, servicing IT requests and ensuring IT processes and polices are adhered to and escalating more complex problems when necessary whilst delivering exceptional customer service to our internal users.
You will aim to provide excellent customer service, solving technical challenges, and contributing to a collaborative IT team.
