The Change and Release Analyst is responsible for ensuring that technical changes to systems and services are adequately assessed for impact, prioritised, scheduled, authorised, and implemented across IS operations.
The role should ensure change and release are implemented smoothly and efficiently and done in line with processes and using appropriate tooling.
Our client is a UK provider of Gas & Oil with a Global Portfolio.
You will be responsible for developing and owning the relationships between the Change and Asset & Configuration Management team and the Service owners, whilst ensuring the Change and Asset & Configuration Management Process and CMDB are fit for purpose with integrated dependencies, used in a compliant manner, and maintained as the single source of truth in relation to the standard operating model.
Change and Configuration Analyst - £55k (CAB / CMDB / Asset control) - London - 2-3 days onsite per week.
Key Skills: ITIL, ITSM, Knowledge of infrastructure technologies, CMDB setup, leading CAB review meetings.
To provide a professional on-site Second Line deskside IT support service for the London offices, including Microsoft desktop technologies, basic hardware troubleshooting, meeting room and computer room management, network patching and application support for core applications.
Ensure full line of sight across all types of change and ensure coordinated for function or region represented.
