While predominantly based in the firms Guildford office, this role will include travel and support to other UK offices (London and Cheltenham) and support and cover for the IT Service Desk.

Job Role
Primarily responsible for carrying out the operational activities of the Software License Management team, which includes maintaining software catalogues, availability of the right software applications to right Business Units and taking precautionary steps to eliminate software past its due date.

As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for:
Providing comprehensive support to all users, following helpdesk procedures and priorities to ensure optimal service levels and timely issue resolution.
Reports to: Senior IT Trainer (day-to-day) and Head of IT (monthly).
General
Purpose of the Job: As a key member of the IT team, you will collaborate with the Senior IT Trainer to deliver IT training and support to meet business needs, both remotely and on-site.
This role involves designing and creating training materials, as well as preparing and delivering diverse training sessions to all users, including firm-wide roll-outs, new starter inductions, and ongoing user development.
