You will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to the construction and installation of electrical systems for new and existing buildings and infrastructure.
The role will be to support the Warehouse Manager and Hire Manager with all the administrative aspects of their asset management including CRM updates, troubleshooting IT equipment, projects, tests and inspections.

My client is based in West Drayton and looking recruit a full time Premises Manager to be responsible, under the general supervision and direction of the Estates Manager, Principal and Senior Managers, working as part of a team, assisting in the maintenance and security services on trust premises and sites thereby ensuring a safe working environment.
Job Purpose: To provide comprehensive property management and security services to the trust.
Collaborate with the Estates Manager to plan, coordinate, and implement inspections, maintenance, statutory compliance, and repairs for the academy buildings and grounds.
