CRM Data Executive

We have role available at a lovely SME based in Uxbridge. The role will be to support the Warehouse Manager and Hire Manager with all the administrative aspects of their asset management including CRM updates, troubleshooting IT equipment, projects, tests and inspections.
This role would be ideally suited to a recent graduate who is confident with and enjoys working with data and systems- the rest of the role will be trained! My client would also consider a part time person who has experience working with data and CRM systems. Any experience of Access would be desirable although not essential.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to); -
- Maintaining stock figures in the system through entering rolling stock check data
- Logging test and inspection report data
- Reporting server issues and anomalies
- Troubleshooting minor software issues
- Reconciling inventory anomalies and tracking/recovering missing items and sub-hire returns
- Answering incoming calls for hires from clients, checking equipment availability, generating and issuing quotations in the absence of the Hire Manager
- Assist in sourcing of sub-hire equipment
- Proactively look at test and inspection deadlines and assisting the Warehouse Manager in keeping the assets in test and available to hire
- Ad-hoc duties requested by the line manager or delegated from within the team The perfect candidate would have; -
- The Candidate needs to have:
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal – proficient in English and Maths
- Highly computer literate with a passion for tech
- Thorough, diligent, reliable and tenacious
- Excellent MS office skills particularly Excel
- Be able to forward plan and manage time effectively
- Efficient and organised
