Micheldever Tyres is looking for HR Advisor, who has good experience of ER case work and strong advisory experience.
The HR Advisor will report to the HR Service Lead, and work within a team of HR Advisors providing administrative and advisory support to the wider business areas (Retail, Wholesale, Logistics).
Working pattern: The initial hybrid split during the training/handover period will be circa 2-3 days a week in the office.
Although Learning & Development experience would be preferred, a keen interest in this area would be suffice or someone within HR who wants to specialise in Learning and Development.
This is a hybrid working role - 2 days in the office and 3 working remotely
This is an new and exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who is ideally, extremely well organised, a proficient Excel user and have exceptional communication skills.
They require someone to support within HR, they have recently had a large drive in recruitment and need an extra pair of hands to get the on boarding done.
