Experience required
HR advisor ideally in a care agency or similar field and be familiar with all aspects of employee relations issues, and management of support workers and the regulatory requirements of the care sector.
It will be essential to have experience of a full range of employment relations issues in your previous employment, and be able to work independently (with advice and supervision), in dealing with the full range of HR/disciplinary issues.
