This is a wonderful, hands on Generalist HR role, working within a HR team, with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations and business partnering.
You will be responsible for supporting the operation and helping operational managers to make decisions relating to the management of staffing issues.
These will include disciplinary, grievance, attendance and staff performance concerns, as well as ensuring they remain compliant at all times with regards to staff records and training requirements.

The HR Assistant has a variety of responsibilities including managing HR and payroll administration, supporting on HR projects and managing employee relations queries and casework.
The HR Assistant is responsible for the end-to-end management, coordination and completion of HR projects that fall within this remit.
