Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for your next move? Are you organised, able to prioritise and have excellent interpersonal skills?

The duties for this role will include but not be limited to:

  • All administration regarding recruitment, including writing and posting job adverts, liaising with agencies, assisting with the onboarding process and taking new employees through inductions
  • Maintain sickness records, liaise with the Occupational Health Nurse when required to book appointment for employees and complete relevant forms and documentation
  • Issue relevant letters regarding maternity/paternity leave
  • Produce reports for Management when required
  • Assist Payroll with issues, queries and Gender Pay Gap reporting
  • Attend meetings and take notes including Grievance/Disciplinary/Appeal meetings etc.
  • Administration for employee details, appraisals, work experience placements, policies and procedure updates
  • Book training courses and arrange catering when necessary
  • Collate information and attend budget meetings
  • Additional ad-hoc assistance and administration when required

This is an extremely varied and busy role, for the right candidate this would be exciting and an amazing opportunity to learn and develop! You will work alongside an experience HR department to ensure the smooth running of all HR functions.

You must have experience of working in a confidential environment and have excellent communication skills. You must be able to prioritise your workload and be extremely organised.

Ideally you may have your CIPD certificate and experience in Training Administration, however these are desirable and not essential to have. Our client will also consider candidates seeking their first HR opportunity.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm

£25,000 - £30,000 DOE

Hybrid working one day per week (once probation is passed)
