About the role...
This role plays a pivotal part in the success of our stores and one where you can really make a difference by driving a successful people strategy within the region.
Working as part of an established team and reporting to the HR Manager - the HRBP will be responsible for providing a generalist service primarily working with support functions across the organisation; as such you will oversee the delivery of a HR service to c200 employees (all UK based).
Covering the entire HR lifecycle, you will be adept at managing multiple issues at once, as well as having a track record of delivering on a number of HR projects.
