HR ADVISOR - PART-TIME

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 30 HOURS PER WEEK FLEXIBLE

£32,000 - £35,000 (APPORTIONED PRO RATA)

People Solutions are looking for a part-time HR Advisor for our client based in West Bromwich.

This role is office based and not remote or hybrid.

Day to Day Duties

On site HR support working closely with a HR Business Partner who is based off site in London
Employee Relations – Provide support on employee concerns and conflict resolution
Recruitment – Assist in the hiring process, including job postings and interviews
Policy Development – Help create and implement HR policies and procedures
Training and Development – Facilitate employee training programs and performance management
Compliance – Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations
Data Management – Maintain employee records and HR databases
Reporting – Prepare HR metrics and reports for management review

Interpersonal Skills – Ability to build relationships and handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
Problem-Solving Skills – Aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions in employee relations and HR processes

Knowledge of Employment Law – Understanding of labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize legal risks
Analytical Skills – Ability to analyse HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve processes
Adaptability – Flexibility to adjust to changing circumstances and evolving organizational needs
Conflict Resolution – Skills to mediate disputes and facilitate resolution between employees or between employees and management
