The post holder is responsible for the management of Employee Relations Cases supporting Managers and individuals in the Trust's policy and process to deliver a professional and legally safe HR service.
In addition to this, you will play an integral role in delivering a comprehensive, high quality and pro-active educational and operational employee relations advisory and support service to managers and staff within the Trust.

We are looking for a Resident Involvement Officer to join our team of 3 on secondment until the end of March 2025.
Working as part of the Resident Involvement team, you'll help promote, coordinate and deliver Resident Involvement activities for the region including support of resident-led scrutiny of services.
Arrange timely move-on for CEYP into settled social and private rented sector accommodation into settled homes.
To provide a bespoke move on casework service supporting households to access agreed move-on options including, but not limited to, support with bidding, qualifying offers, and access to supported accommodation.
Work collaboratively with agencies externally and internally while advocating and negotiating on behalf of CEYP some with multiple and complex needs, to access appropriate services and engage in long-term housing options.
