£ 26,260 - £32,116 per annum, plus Outer London Location Allowance

Home working with some travel to Sutton and Maidenhead

17.5 hours per week

12 month fix term contract, with potential of going permanent

At Cranstoun, we are always in search of talented and experienced individuals to join our team. An exciting opportunity has arisen, and we have a number of vacancies within our services.

We provide a range of services for those affected by drugs and alcohol. Our skilled and compassionate people work closely with services users and their families to change and save lives. We combine proven expertise in treatment and recovery with innovative approaches, and actively involve those we help in improving the design of the services we provide.

This role will lead on governance and incident management processes within Cranstoun Southern Services, providing governance support to the service managers and contribute to the development of care and service delivery within Cranstoun South. You will also take the lead on the completion of serious incident investigation and local incident review processes, as well as oversee audits to ensure safe standards of practice in service delivery.

This role will be ideally suited to an experienced quality and governance lead, looking to progress their career and gain valuable experience. The hours for this role can be worked flexibly over 5 days. The role is home based but travel to each of the two services will be required at least once per month.

The services operate core hours of Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
