HR Manager opportunity available working for a leading manufacturing company based in the Brighouse area, West Yorkshire.

This role is based fully onsite Monday Friday and offers some flexibility on the start and finish time of the contracted hours.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading charity based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, as their new HR Manager.
This role is working 37.5 hours per week and can offer hybrid / home working and condensed hours if preferred and flexible working options.
Over the last few years, the organisation has grown significantly and continues to do so, which is why it is such an exciting time to join them and the team.
The HR Manager will also support the business in creating and delivering an HR strategy in line with business needs, with a clear focus on the Employee Lifecycle and maximising wellbeing.
Based on site in Barnsley 5 days a week, the HR Manager will focus on day-to-day generalist HR activities, including employee relations, onboarding, policy compliance, and HR administration.
Core responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
The Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience include
3-5 years of proven HR generalist experience.
Exceptional organisational, time management, and communication skills are required together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application.
Experience working within a manufacturing setting is desirable - It is a desirable not essential if you hold experience within Windows / Glass.
