HR Assistant

H9 Human Resources are exclusively partnering a leading organisation looking to hire for a HR Assistant to join their team.

This position is responsible for the day-to-day operational HR aspects of the site. You will work closely with the HR Manager on an ongoing basis taking a lead role in generalist HR duties and recruitment. The position will be the focal point for all HR admin.

Dutie

  • Personnel service such as training, travel, compliance, administration, as well as supporting corporate HR policies and initiatives
  • All HR paperwork and contracts
  • Assist in recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support HR team in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
  • Ensures that full and complete records be maintained of all starts, finishes, work records, warnings, final assessment disputes, meetings etc.
  • Any admin in relation to HR.

Personal Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a HR role
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
  • Solution orientated
  • Good forward planner
  • Good communicator
  • Excellent motivational

This role requires to be onsite Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
