Eventus Recruitment Group are seeking a HR Assistant for this outstanding legal 500 firm for one of their offices in the Tunbridge Wells area.
This a full-time, permanent role and is available on a hybrid basis where after an initial 6 months the successful applicant can work from home 2 days per week.
The benefits include 27 days leave plus 1 discretionary day at Christmas and Bank Holidays.
As the Payroll Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the payroll team in the day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of payroll for all employees.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of payroll administrators, providing guidance, training, and support.
