Key Responsibilities
Manage all core HR areas including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, internal recruitment, and employee engagement.
Proactively support the project team to ensure the appropriate roles are in place in good time with minimum disruption to the wider business.
They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
As a HR Manager, you will work closely with the heads of Finance and Administration, serving as the main point of contact for HR matters in UK operations.
