Their operations are based in a comfortable and modern office environment. Description Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring it is efficient and effective. Advertise roles on a weekly basis and select and source suitable candidates. Sourcing suitable candidates through various channels, including platforms like Indeed, Job Boards, Adverts, LinkedIn, etc. Engaging candidates in meaningful and well-informed conversations about potential opportunities. Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's objectives. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and industry standards. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to inform future strategies. Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing information and addressing concerns. Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures. Profile A successful Recruitment Administrator should have: Proven experience in a recruitment or HR role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
