As an Interim HR Officer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring smooth processes across the organisation.Responsibilities: As the Interim HR Officer, you will be responsible for the following day-to-day activities: HR Personnel Files: Set up and maintain HR personnel files for all employees. Ensure accurate labelling and adherence to the provided template. Safeguard employee data and maintain confidentiality. Process Documentation: Collaborate with the Head of HR & Payroll to document procedures related to recruitment, HR, payroll, and learning & development. Create clear and concise process guidelines. Annual Leave Management: Review and validate annual leave data in the Breathe HR system. Address any discrepancies promptly. Receptionist Training: Train the Company's Receptionist on HR administration procedures. Equip them with the necessary knowledge to identify and escalate issues to the Head of HR & Payroll. Document Preparation: Work closely with the Head of HR & Payroll to develop letters, forms, and other necessary documents. Create master templates for efficient future use. System Utilisation: Collaborate with the Head of HR & Payroll to identify optimal ways to utilise available systems and tools. Enhance service delivery to management and employees. Management Support: Provide advice, support, and training for the management teams. Gather feedback to improve processes with minimal impact on end users. Ad-Hoc Support: Assist the Head of HR & Payroll as needed to deliver people-related activities across the Group. Additional Tasks: Undertake reasonable tasks assigned by management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, legislation, and codes of conduct. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Skills and Competencies: Strong organisational skills. Attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in HR systems and tools. Problem-solving mindset.
