We are seeking an HR Coordinator to manage the recruitment and administration processes within our educational institution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for updating job descriptions, negotiating costs, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with employment checks and records management.
Day to Day of the Role
Coordinate and administer the recruitment process for all open roles, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Our client, a leading London university, is looking to appoint a Senior Recruiter to manage multiple end-to-end recruitment campaigns for their in-house recruitment team.
This role is running for 3 months in the first instance, and you will be required on site in central London 2 days per week.
Duties will include
Working with hiring managers to agree hiring plan for each role including defining times for shortlisting and interviews, advertising and routes to market strategy, social media engagement (e.g Linked In), and assessment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality and consistent advice, guidance and solutions to people managers and employees across all aspects of HR policy and procedure, in line with legislative parameters.
They will also provide appropriate solutions, such as guidance, coaching, and workshops to support line managers to become effective people managers.
