The ideal candidate will possess strong change communications expertise and be capable of crafting and executing a comprehensive transformation communications strategy.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring communications and engagement around the transformation programme are excellent, people-focused, cohesive, and well-orchestrated.
We require temporary Housing Manager, experienced in all aspects of tenancy management including Anti-social Behaviour, Assignments, Estate Inspections, Tenancy Review Visits and Tenancy Sign up.
As this is a generic role the successful candidate will also be required to undertake Income Management.
The patch size is approximately 450 properties within the London Borough of Sutton.
