An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor, who is proficient in reducing short term sickness absence, writing policies, change management and benefits reviews on a 3-6 month contract.

Our client is a well established business based in Bromley who is seeking an experienced HR advisor to join their team on a 3-6 month contract!

Description

  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Supporting the management team in performance management processes
  • Reducing short term sickness absence and handling the processes within that
  • Writing policies
  • Change management
  • Benefit reviews
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance pertaining to HR
  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships
  • Conducting regular meetings with respective business units
  • Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation

Profile

A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Private sector experience
  • Previous experience within a senior HR position.
  • Available for immediate start.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Proficient in employment law and HR best practices
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Job Offer

  • An attractive salary package in the range of £40,500 - £50,000 per annum
  • 3-6 month contract
